GetShowing.com is an automated appointment setting engine for real estate agents in the Houston, Texas market. The tool allows applicant users to select properties being offered for rent by brokers and submit a pre-qualifying application that, if passed, leads to a direct tour with a given property’s broker, saving brokers valuable time in vetting potential renters for a given property.

We assisted GetShowing in design and custom developing and automated system for matching minimum credit scores with particular subject properties, subsequently sending applicants showing scheduling invite emails or showing rejection emails, depending on their particular credit score(s).
